Collected a new Ateca from Heritage Seat this week. We were assisted through the whole process by Ben Powell. I can honestly say that it was a pleasure throughout. No question was too daft and when we suddenly found ourselves without a trade in, he pulled out all the stops to get our car ready earlier than originally planned! The handover was thorough and a couple of subsequent email queries, from myself, have been dealt with promptly and satisfactorily.
